All minors, under the age of 18, are required to take a DMV licensed, 30 hour Driver Education course. This course will prepare you for the written exam at DMV. You must present a Driver Education Completion Certificate when applying for your permit at the DMV. Adults are not required to take Driver Education, but it may be beneficial.

All minors, under the age of 18, are required to complete 6 hours of driver training with a licensed driving instructor.
